Confirmation:
For the training, an invoice will be sent to the company after reception of the payment.
In case the minimum number of person is not reached on the 20th of August, POWERSYS cancels the training and reimburses the registration fees already paid.

Withdrawal:
For the User Conference:
In case of withdrawal from the participant two weeks minimum before the beginning of the user conference, the participants will not be charged.
In case of withdrawal from the participant less than two weeks minimum before the beginning of the user conference, POWERSYS will charged him of 100 Euros (lunch and coffee breaks fees).
For the training:
In case of withdrawal from the participant two weeks minimum before the beginning of the training, the registration fee will be fully reimbursed.
In case of withdrawal from the participant less than two weeks minimum before the beginning of the training, POWERSYS will not reimburse participation fee.

Accomodation:
The training will take place in AQUABELLA Hotel located in the centre of Aix-en-Provence.
